Forum on International Collaborative Research in Rehabilitation July 23 - 24, 2003 Doubletree Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Rockville, Maryland (adjacent to Washington, DC) CIRRIE sponsored a forum in Rockville, Maryland (adjacent to Washington, DC) in which an invited group of rehabilitation researchers gathered to share their experience related to the challenges and opportunities for forging international cooperation in research. The forum, "International Collaborative Research in Rehabilitation" identified problems and best practices in partnerships involving U.S. researchers and their counterparts in other countries. Sponsored by the Center for International Rehabilitation Research Information and Exchange (CIRRIE), with support from the National Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR).
