Abstract
Resources on the CIRRIE website (http://cirrie.buffalo.edu) are designed
to facilitate the sharing of information and expertise in rehabilitation
research between the U.S. and other countries.
- The CIRRIE Database of International Rehabilitation Research
identifies articles concerning research conducted outside the United
States. The database is searchable by multiple fields; results list
contact information for the first author.
- A searchable directory of research facilities,
non-U.S. Government
agencies, and international organizations and associations is on the
website. Entries contain contact information, URLs, and descriptions.
- Our list of international rehabilitation/disability conferences is
updated monthly. An archive of selected conference proceedings is planned
for the near future.
- Communication with researchers sharing similar interests is
fostered through CIRRIE's RehabTalk. This section of
our website contains
a collection of electronic discussion lists and a bulletin board to post
messages.
- Information and applications for CIRRIE's travel
grant program are also provided on the website.
