Abstract

Consumers from a variety of cultural backgrounds will identify both problems and best practices through the presentation of their experiences with disability services in the U.S. Panelists will provide information about making services more c ulturally responsive, and present suggestions about developing cultural competence on a system-wide/organizational level.
