Abstract: The textual information on the computer can be conveyed to the person with visual impairment by means of optical character recognition (OCR). But the graphics cannot be read by this technique. In the current paper, the researchers present a technique in which the graphical information is converted into numbers so that the person with visual impairment can comprehend this information in an appropriate way.
