Abstract: This paper reports the work, funded by the HEFCE (Higher Education Funding Council for England in 1993/94 and 1994/5) on `Widening participation' aimed to improve access to higher education for the individuals with disabilities. A multimedia information system provides information in this direction over the World Wide Web. (CIRRIE Abstract)
