Abstract: A previous paper reported on findings for adolescent sexual offenders, formal and informal responses to offenders in regard to offenders' crystallization of foreclosed deviant social-sexual identity. This paper, utilizing critical psychotherapeutic factors, seeks to modulate legislative, judicial, social, interpersonal and pscyhotherapeutic attitudes towards offenders and victims. Among these is twinship transference, which is an essential antidote to secondary trauma in child protection.
