Abstract: This article describes a project to undertaken to make health and social services more accessible to people with aphasia. After listening to people with aphasia talk about their experiences iwth health and social services, a program was designed to promote communication access. This resulted in a toolkit that orhanized services to make them communicatively more accessible. (Cirrie Abstract)
